We value personality, reliability, and how you connect with students just as much as academic ability. You’ll also need to provide two character referees, so have their contact details ready.

In-person Interview

If your application is a good fit, we’ll reach out to organise a short online video chat. This is a relaxed conversation where we get to know you better, understand your goals, and see how you explain ideas. You’ll also have the chance to ask any questions about tutoring with ATK.

Getting Started

Successful applicants will receive an offer and access to our tutoring platform. We’ll guide you through onboarding, including how we work, how payments are handled, and how students are assigned. Once completed, we’ll work to match you with your first student as soon as possible.
